The repairs carried out were replacement of graphite, ball cage, lapping surface, anti-extrusion ring, environmental seal, spring, dowel pin, shear pin, coating and gas test using nitrogen.

Our repairs include replacing BUNA-N seals, repairing girder rings, repairing hinges and testing using nitrogen.

The repair was categorized as a major repair as all parts were remade due to heavy corrosion of existing parts.
Some of the parts we made new were piston, slip anchor, cone, segmented rings, back up rings, seal limiting ring assy and rubber elastomer.
